An alumna of the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB) and a Commerce graduate, Deepa brings over a decade of experience with leading global organizations such as Siemens, Accenture, and IBM. Across roles in Finance Business Controls, Project Management, Quality Assurance, and HR Consulting, she built a strong foundation in operations, people strategy, and leadership. Her corporate journey gave her firsthand insight into the dynamics of success—and what often lies beneath the surface of high performance.

As the Co-Founder of T2T Securities and Trading Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Deepa continues to lead as a Coach and Strategist for the marketing and operations team. She plays a key role in student engagement, helping high net-worth individuals and young learners shift from short-term wins to long-term, process-driven growth. Her content creation for both training and marketing is backed by a deep understanding of audience mindset—enabling her to translate complex financial concepts into clear, compelling learning experiences. Through her unique blend of value, clarity, and storytelling, she builds not just knowledge, but also trust and transformation.

To further her impact, Deepa trained under globally renowned facilitators affiliated with Success Resources, including Blair Singer, Mac Attram, Thaddeus Lawrence, and Robert Riopelle. These transformative learning experiences honed her skills in coaching, facilitation, and mindset development, strengthening her ability to guide others toward lasting personal and professional growth.

Deepa’s strength lies in her ability to connect the dots between corporate realities and personal development. She remains deeply connected to the pulse of industry trends—not only because of her background, but because she actively engages with professionals and mentors students on the financial mindset. This allows her to offer grounded, actionable guidance that is both aspirational and relevant.

Her journey took a meaningful turn when, through hundreds of 1-on-1 conversations with high-achieving professionals, she noticed a recurring pattern: despite external success, many felt unfulfilled or disconnected. She traced this dissonance back to the early stages of career decision-making—when choices were often made without enough clarity or personal alignment.

This became personal when she sought guidance for her daughter’s undergraduate journey and found the advice not only lacking in nuance or vision but generic, one-size-fits all. That experience fueled her resolve to create a better way forward for others. 

Determined to change this narrative, Deepa founded Univox— a purpose-driven venture helping young adults unlock clarity, confidence, and purpose in their academic and professional paths. Univox is not just about career guidance; it’s about helping students connect with who they truly are—so they can make meaningful, aligned choices from the start.
